How to get to NCLTAH
Our facility is located at 4401 Union Street. From I-25, take Highway 34 exit headed east (toward Greeley) and proceed approximately one mile to NCLTAH.



From Fort Collins: Take I-25 South. Merge onto the Loveland/Greeley Exit (#257B) OR take College Avenue (Hwy 287) south to Highway 34 in Loveland. Go east on Hwy 34 and continue past I-25 about 3⁄4 mile. Turn right onto Larimer Street (first street after the Centerra/Thompson Parkway stoplight). Turn left at Union Street to Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital.

From Longmont/Denver: Take I-25 North and merge onto the Loveland/Greeley Exit (#257B). Go east on Hwy 34 about 3⁄4 mile and turn right onto Larimer Street (first street after the Centerra/Thompson Parkway stoplight). Turn left at Union Street to Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital.

From Loveland: Take Highway 34 (Eisenhower Blvd) east and continue 3⁄4 miles past I-25. Go east on Hwy 34 and continue past I-25 about 3⁄4 mile. Turn right onto Larimer Street (first street after the Centerra/Thompson Parkway stoplight). Turn left at Union Street to Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital.

From Greeley/Windsor: Take Highway 34 (10th Street) west toward I-25. Just past the railroad crossing, turn left onto Larimer Street and then turn take first left onto Union Street to Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital.
