Meet our Leaders
Lamar McBride, Chief Executive Officer
Lamar possesses more than 18 years of extensive experience in healthcare strategy development and implementation. He has worked in major comprehensive academic and large health system environments, handling responsibilities for operational management, productivity improvements, physician relationship building, capital construction project management, strategic planning, and policy development.
Lamar earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Colorado Association of Healthcare Executives, National Association of Health Services Executives, and the Society of Medical Sonographers. He is firmly committed in giving back to his community and actively volunteers with the Shorter AME Church, The Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and Big Brother and Big Sisters of Denver.
Dr. S. Daniel Asadi, D.O., Medical Director
Dr. Asadi is board certified in internal medicine, bringing more than 18 years of medical experience to his role. He earned his medical degree at the University of North Texas in Fort Worth Texas, and completed a residency at East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee.
He currently is a member of the American College of Medicine and Society of Hospital Medicine.
Sara Butler, Director of Case Management
Sara enjoys helping patients through the health care process from their time of admission through when they are discharge. She brings 11 years of experience to this role, with seven years spent at the bedside as a registered nurse.
Sara earned her nursing degree from Montgomery College in Rockville, Md.
Deb Campbell, Director of Therapy Operations
In her 23 years of work experience, Deb has always received great satisfaction in watching individuals progress through therapy to reach their fullest abilities.
Deb earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and recreation with a biology minor from Whittier College in Whittier, Calif. She then continued on to earn a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore. She earned another master’s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas.
She extends her passion from her work to the community through the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the National Stroke Association. Deb also is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Christina Joder, Director of Nursing Operations
Christina’s passion for providing excellent care to our patients suits her well in her role. She shares enthusiasm, creativity and 12 years of experience with the hospital and our patients. Her background is in neurological and critical care, along with serving as an educator.
Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences-education and one in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colo. She earned a master’s degree in nursing leadership from the university as well. She is a certified critical care registered nurse (CCRN) and certified neuroscience registered nurse (CNRN).
She is heavily involved in many professional nursing organizations, looking for ways to continuously improve care to our patients. She currently is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Society of Trauma Nursing, American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
She also stays heavily involved in the community by volunteering for her church’s local committees, local health fairs, World Vision, Compassion International, and Campus Crusade.
Carolyn McCain, Director of Human Resources
Carolyn possesses more than 17 years of human resource experience, with the majority of it in healthcare. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in Southfield, Mich. and a master’s in business administration from Baker College in Flint, Mich.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and volunteers with Colorado State Parks.
When not at work, you can find Carolyn outdoors with her family enjoying the Colorado landscape. She loves reading, hunting and camping.
Christina Salas, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Christina possesses more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Adams State College in Alamosa, Colo. and a master’s degree in social work from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo. Christina is passionate about providing quality care to patients of Northern Colorado.
She is a member of the Colorado Hospital Association, National Stroke Association, and Northern Colorado Business Report. She also is involved with Professionals for Seniors, Northern Colorado Health Care Summit, and Sharing the Care Campaign.
Christina enjoys traveling with her family and enjoying the outdoors bike riding and being in her flowers gardens.
Justin Turnbull, Director of Plant Operations
Justin takes pride in ensuring the physical components of the hospital are well maintained and operating effectively, along with housekeeping and safety.
He brings 13 years of healthcare maintenance experience to his role. Justin earned an associate’s degree in animal science from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyo. He is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
Justin is very involved in his church with his family. He is an avid bow hunter and fisherman.
