Brooks D. Stewart, RN,
MSN, MBA – Chief Executive
Officer
Brooks D. Stewart is a master’s-prepared registered nurse
with over 18 years of experience in health care management. Having
studied both psychiatric and medical/surgical nursing, she has
worked in both acute and critical care patient settings. Seeking
leadership roles, she applied her master in business administration
degree to the planning and opening of new hospitals, further developing
an expertise in operations, performance improvement, regulatory
compliance, case management, and governance. As a former CEO of
a long term acute hospital in Texas, she enjoyed developing professional
relationships with health care providers, serving on boards of
professional societies, and joining community boards and committees.
She lives in Fort Collins with her husband and enjoys the bounty
of Colorado.
S. Daniel Asadi, D.O., - Medical Director
A diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Asadi
studied as an undergraduate in biology at the University of North
Texas, completing his residency at East Tennessee State University.
After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from
the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center, he went on
to serve as Chief of Medicine for Medical Center of McKinney, Texas.
Having a solo practice and comprehensive internal medicine expertise
including inpatient, outpatient, and hospitalist patient care,
he has been a member of the teaching faculty of the family practice
residency at Poudre Valley Hospital. Dr. Asadi lives in Windsor
with his wife and five children.
Karen Nemejc, RN, BSN – Director
of Patient Care Services
Karen Nemejc’s career spans three states and includes over
14 years of critical care nursing experience include Level 1 trauma,
emergency medicine, and cardiac care. Specializing in cardiopulmonary/critical
care nursing for major medical centers, she is ACLS certified and
a former clinical educator for cardiac catherization laboratories.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Northern Colorado,
she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. With nursing experience in
ventilator patient management, hemodynamic monitoring, and spinal
cord injury, she served in charge nurse, supervisory, and lead
roles with committee memberships in patient safety, quality, and
clinical practices. She lives in Greeley with her husband and two
sons.
Jared Udall, Chief Financial Officer
Jared Udall comes to us with a wide range of healthcare experience
ranging from long term acute care to most recently a not-for-profit
acute care facility. His daily operating philosophy revolves around
his motto of “Poor carpenters blame their tools”. He
received a Masters of Business Administration in Health Care Management
from the University of Phoenix.
Jon Campbell, RPh, Director of Pharmacy Services
Jon Campbell has over 11 years of pharmacy practice and pharmacy
management experience in acute care and specialty healthcare organizations,
including home health care and long term care. He has earned a
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The University of Colorado
School of Pharmacy.
Renee Fleener, Director of Therapy Operations
Renee Fleener received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy
degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in
1999. Since that time, she has practiced in a variety of settings
including pediatrics, outpatient, acute care, home health, and
acute rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing an MBA through
Regis University
Ron Haulman, Director of Plant Operations
Ron Haulman has over 31 years in management in a variety of areas
including: Computer Operations, Corporate IT networks, Facility
Management and Plant Operations Management. Being a native, Ron
has spent the majority of his life in the Northern Colorado area.
Reb Bryant, Director of Human Resources
Reb has several years of human resource experience, most recently working in
human resources for a Northern Colorado health system. He has held positions
in Employee Retention and Relations, Training, and Career Coaching. His career
includes different leadership positions in the U.S. Coast Guard. He holds a Masters
Degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.
